Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt) 
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or regular) 
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional) 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 

Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender 
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spoon or spatula
  • 1 Measuring cups & spoons
  • 1 Topping bowls (optional)

Method
 

  1. 1.In a blender, add frozen blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and sweetener if using. 
  2. 2.Blend until smooth and thick—like soft-serve ice cream. Add a splash of extra milk only if needed. 
  3. 3.Pour into a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon
  4. 4.Add your favorite toppings and enjoy immediately
