- 1.Rinse the shredded potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch
- 2.Use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- 3.Place in a bowl, add olive oil and seasonings. Mix well.
- 4.Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 5.Spread the hash browns into small patties or one flat layer in the basket.
- 6.Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp
