  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 tsp red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 31/2 cups All-Purpose Flour (420g), plus more for dusting 
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 12 tbsp Unsalted Butter very soft but not melted, cut into 1-inch pieces
